We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our outreach to schools and coaching centers, build lasting relationships, and help institutions adopt our AI-based learning tools to enhance their teaching methods and student results.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote EaseToLearn’s AI learning platform to schools and coaching centers.
• - Identify and connect with key decision-makers (principals, directors, administrators, etc.) to pitch tailored learning solutions.
• - Conduct presentations and demos showcasing the benefits of our platform in supporting blended learning and improving student outcomes.
• - Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
• -Coordinate with the product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
• -Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• -Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in the EdTech space.

Who we are :

-Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or related industries.

-Experience selling to educational institutions (schools, colleges, coaching centers) is a strong plus.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

-Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.

-Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
