Business Development Officer (Animal Health Care)

Job Summary:  We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive sales and expand market presence in the Animal Health Care. The role involves extensive fieldwork, farmer engagement, dealer coordination, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: Preferred: Knowledge of rural ma Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities Promote Animal health Care products/services to farmers, dealers, and distributors Execute product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field activities Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily field activities Collect market intelligence and customer feedback Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support Eligibility & Skills: Graduation in Agriculture / Business / Marketing or relevant discipline Experience in field sales or Animal health Care sales preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively in rural/field areas Basic knowledge of mobile apps and CRM tools markets and farmer engagement Target-driven and self-motivated  Job Type: Full-Time Location: Field / Assigned Territory Industry: Animal health Care / EVM Field Operation
