Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs.
  • Lead strategic account management and build long-term relationships with key

clients and decision-makers.

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape go-to-market

strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, manufacturing, finance) to

develop customer-specific proposals and quotations.

  • Manage the end-to-end RFQ process, contract negotiations, and business case

development.

  • Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the

company.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at customer satisfaction, operational

excellence, and innovation.
