Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels including online research and networking

  • Reach out to leads generated via cold calls, cold emails & social networking platforms

  • Run email campaigns to engage with prospects and nurture leads

  • Fixing up appointments / meetings / Tele conferences for Managers

  • Collaborate with the delivery team and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream. Mechanical or Automotive engineering preferable

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a Business Development Representative role, preferably related to

Mechanical industry

  • Mechanical engineering degree or experience in selling engineering services

  • Flexibility to work to accommodate US and German timings

  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and cold outreach.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
