Job Title- Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:

    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead Generation:

    Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development:

    Create and present compelling business proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring targets are met.
  • Partnership Development:

    Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance business offerings and expand market reach.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to business growth.
  • Budget Management:

    Assist in the development and management of budgets related to business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Media business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
