Business Development Manager

Role: Franchise & Brand Development Manager

1. Brand Leadership:

   Enhance brand image and ensure consistent brand representation across all franchise locations.

2. Franchise Growth:

   Expand the franchise network through strategic partnerships with financially stable and value-aligned entrepreneurs.

3. Profitability & Compliance:

   Maintain profitability for both the company and franchise partners through adherence to company standards and cost management.

4. Operational Excellence:

   Ensure uniformity in quality, hygiene, and service standards across all outlets.

5. Team Development:

   Build, train, and motivate a dynamic sales and support team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance market presence and reputation.
• Define and communicate brand vision, mission, and core values across all franchise operations.
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing, customer experience, and operational delivery.

2. Franchise Development

• Lead Generation & Management:

  Identify potential franchise partners through networking, referrals, and lead channels; manage the franchise sales pipeline.

• Evaluation & Selection:

  Conduct due diligence on potential franchisees assessing financial capability, business experience, and alignment with brand values.

• Sales & Negotiation:

  Present the franchise opportunity, communicate the brands value proposition, and negotiate agreements.

• Onboarding & Support:

  Oversee new franchise setup, training programs, and compliance onboarding.

3. Franchise Relationship Management

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing franchise partners.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous improvement in operations and profitability.
• Serve as the main liaison between corporate management and franchise owners to resolve operational, marketing, or compliance issues.

4. Operational Supervision & Compliance

• Oversee the implementation of franchise agreements through periodic audits and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to company standards in

  Quality, Hygiene, Product Cost Compliance, and Environmental Practices.

• Provide ongoing operational guidance and corrective action where necessary.

5. Customer Interaction & Brand Experience

• Ensure effective customer engagement at franchise locations to strengthen loyalty and brand trust.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to improve products and services.

6. Sales Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.

7. Reporting & Analysis

• Track and analyze franchise performance metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, compliance, and profitability).
• Provide management with regular updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

8. Marketing & Training Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement local and national campaigns.
• Coordinate with the training team to ensure franchisees and staff are well-trained in brand standards and operational excellence
