We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Business Development Manager to join our 100-bedded multi-specialty hospital team.
If you’re someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, leading a motivated team, and contributing to the growth of a respected healthcare institution — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Connect and collaborate with doctors, corporate partners, and insurance professionals who work closely with our hospital.
• Strengthen and expand our network of cashless and corporate healthcare services.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior executives, helping them grow while achieving collective goals.
• Represent our hospital with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
• A graduate or postgraduate with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience of up to 5 years or more in hospital business development, healthcare marketing, or corporate relations.
• Someone who’s proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
