This role entails leading research-related writing initiatives as a Clinical Research Associate. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and finalizing research manuscripts, maintaining regular communication with journal editorial teams, and ensuring that all submissions comply with journal-specific guidelines and formats. As a Clinical Research Associate at Welcare Hospital - Orthopaedic Institute, this position may involve a combination of on-site, off-site, or hybrid work arrangements, with the possibility of some work from home. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the writing and drafting of research articles, case reports, and reviews intended for peer-reviewed journals. - Collaborate closely with principal investigators, clinicians, and other team members to gather data and create research content. - Ensure that all submissions adhere to the specific formatting and referencing guidelines of each journal. - Engage in consistent communication with journal editors and respond effectively and promptly to peer review comments. - Assist in the ethical submission process (IRB/IEC) and monitor approvals and amendments. - Stay abreast of journal policies, publication trends, and the latest developments in research ethics and compliance. - Provide assistance for conference abstracts, posters, and presentations as required. - Serve as the primary contact for manuscript submission platforms and editorial communication.,
