Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing SaaS deals.
  • Identify opportunities and build relationships within the hospitality industry (hotel chains, restaurants, aggregators, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align product positioning and GTM strategies.
  • Represent Rannkly in meetings, demos, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Track sales performance, generate regular pipeline reports, and maintain CRM hygiene.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the SaaS domain.
  • Strong preference for candidates with existing networks or past experience working with hospitality clients.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing, and customer success models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in online reputation management, digital marketing tools, or customer experience platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus (not mandatory).
