We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive Unacademy's strategic growth and expansion in Jammu. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and executing strategies that enhance Unacademy's presence and performance across regions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment with strong leadership responsibilities.
? Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential partners to expand reach and offerings. Develop and execute strategies aligned with Unacademy's business objectives.
? Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage relationships with existing and new partners. Ensure partner satisfaction through continuous engagement and performance reviews.
? Strategic Execution: Lead business development initiatives that support growth across new geographies or product lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
? Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competition, and learner behavior to generate actionable insights for business decisions.
? Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, deal pipelines, and revenue targets; prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
? Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members to build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
? Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
? 58 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales (EdTech or Education sector experience is a plus).
? Proven record of driving revenue growth and building long-term business relationships.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
? Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage end-to-end business initiatives.
? Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
