TST Group is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the UK/EU market to join our growing team. If you're passionate about driving business growth and building client relationships in the IT recruitment/staffing sector, we’d love to connect!


Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and refine business strategies with market insights

* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships

* Drive client acquisition in the IT recruitment/staffing space


What We’re Looking For:


* 3+ years of experience in sales/BDM in the IT industry (any domain)

* Builds and nurtures long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Understands client pain points and suggests tailored IT solutions.

* Strong Technical Understanding, communication and interpersonal skills

* A self-motivated professional who can work independently and drive results
