Business Development Manager

Position : Business Development Manager

Location : Kolkata

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong distribution channels in the Eastern region. The role will focus on acquiring new customers, developing channel partners, and increasing revenue.

???? Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories

Build and manage distributor / dealer / channel partner network

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly & quarterly targets

Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS

Represent the company in industry events and trade meetings

? Candidate Profile

Must Have:

3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B or Channel Sales)

Experience in Tea / Manufacturing / FMCG / Food & Beverage industry preferred

Strong knowledge of Kolkata / East India market

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel extensively in the region

Good to Have:

Existing distributor / dealer network

Experience launching new markets or products

Good Communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
