We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives in the digital marketing and web development space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, and Website/App Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into long-term clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital technologies to offer relevant services.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and follow digital sales strategies effectively.

Requirements:

• 56 years of proven sales experience in a digital marketing or web development agency in Bangalore.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and nurture professional relationships across multiple channels.
