The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) vertical. This role involves overseeing the sales process, managing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering a collaborative environment within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition:
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients, specifically within the PSU vertical of the steel industry.
Generate leads and identify new market opportunities.
Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage risks associated with new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain fruitful relationships with government clients and address their needs effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Analyze the competitive landscape to stay ahead of market changes and challenges.
Internal Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
