Business Development Manager Staff Augmentation / IT Services

About the Role

high-performing Business Development Manager

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by proactively identifying opportunities across various industries, including IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate

    new client leads

    and business opportunities for

    Staff Augmentation (Contract, C2H, and Permanent Hiring)

    .
  • Identify decision-makers and build strong relationships with

    CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers, and Delivery Leads

    .
  • Leverage

    networking, LinkedIn, job portals, references, events, and cold outreach

    to bring new clients and projects.
  • Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM tools with accurate data.
  • Prepare business presentations, sales decks, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging staffing technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in

    Business Development / Sales / Account Management

    in the

    Staff Augmentation / IT Recruitment

    domain.
  • Strong understanding of

    IT skill sets

    , project-based staffing, and resource deployment models.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation

    skills.
  • Strong network with

    decision-makers and hiring managers

    in mid to large enterprises.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in working with

    Indian and international clients

    (preferred).
