Mandatory Skills & Expertise Integration Technology 5+ years in integration design & implementation (10+ for senior role). Strong understanding of integration patterns and orchestration. Identity & Access Management (IAM) Hands-on experience with JML , access governance , SOD , provisioning workflows. IBM Security Directory Integrator / Tivoli Directory Integrator 1–2 years as developer or lead, especially across IAM processes. Technical Excellence Identity synchronization, attribute mapping, ETL pipelines. Familiarity with MFT, EAI, ESB, API , and Streaming technologies . Cloud-Native Integration Experience building integrations on AWS / Azure . Development Lifecycle Interface design, security standards, design patterns. Automated testing, CI/CD, observability/telemetry. Modern Tech Awareness Containers, serverless architecture, microservices-based integration. Soft Skills Excellent communication, high EQ, problem-solving, continuous improvement mindset.
