Job Description

Solution Specialist CFIN / Group Reporting (SAP Functional Consultant)

The role involves overseeing solution design, entity setup, financial data validation, and ensuring successful deployment of CFIN & Group Reporting in S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

Govern and design SAP CFIN & Group Reporting solutions.
Translate complex business processes into clear functional requirements.
Prepare and review functional specifications, solution design documents, and training materials.
Lead template fit–gap analysis, UAT support, and user training.
Collaborate with project teams for data migration, integrations, and cutover planning.
Resolve solution incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure end-to-end integration.
Work closely with global stakeholders, auditors, and ERP transformation teams.

Required Education & Skills

Degree in Finance/IT;
Accounting qualification
preferred (CA, CIMA, CPA, ACCA, etc.)
6+ years
of SAP solution design experience.
Strong expertise in
Group Reporting, IFRS standards, CFIN, and SAP BW
.
Knowledge of
financial data migration, reconciliations, and data integration tools
(e.g., Informatica).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies preferred.

Preferred

5+ years in SAP systems/process design.
Experience in multinational/global environments.

Work Environment

You will work with global solution teams, project deployment teams, auditors, and the ERP Transformation program.
