Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire

  new clients and projects

  in

  Medical Coding, Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, and RCM Services

  .
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with

  Hospitals, Clinics, Healthcare Providers, and RCM companies

  .
• Generate business through

  cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and industry events

  .
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to create customized proposals, quotations, and capability presentations.
  
• Manage

  end-to-end sales cycle

  lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Understand client pain points and offer appropriate solutions aligned with service capabilities.
  
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and project acquisition targets.
  
• Keep abreast of

  market trends, competition, and evolving RCM technologies

  to identify new opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 515 years of

  Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

  experience in the

  Healthcare RCM or Medical Coding & Billing

  industry.
• Proven track record of

  bringing new clients or projects

  (US Healthcare clients preferred).
• Excellent understanding of

  end-to-end RCM process

  including Coding, Billing, AR, and Denial Management.
• Strong

  communication, negotiation, and relationship management

  skills.
• Ability to generate leads through multiple channels

  LinkedIn, references, job boards, networking events, partnerships, etc.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
