Below are the Candidate Profile Expectations Must have end-to-end transition transformation management experience. Candidates must have functional transition management. Should have led transitions independently, not just supported them. Must be location and time-agnostic due to global coordination. Should be confident in stakeholder communication, including senior leadership. Must be able to articulate risks, manage escalations, and drive delivery. Due Diligence & Scoping: Engage with business and internal stakeholders. Document and report the current state ("as-is") of the business. Present findings to leadership and facilitate discussions. Coordination & Hiring: Coordinate with the hiring team at the receiving location. Track profiles and hiring progress. Knowledge Transfer & Training: Develop detailed training plans (duration, trainers, schedule). Conduct and track training sessions. Perform proficiency assessments post-training. Stabilization & Handover: Oversee the stabilization phase post-transition. Governance & Reporting: Participate in governance calls and weekly reviews. Report risks, performance issues, and mitigation plans. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies). Profiles with Transaction Operations are not suitable so this will not be considered. Candidates with application/data migration experience are not suitable and will not be considered
