Conduct market research to identify emerging business prospects and industry trends.
Present Noblegate's service offerings and proposals confidently to potential clients.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly business development targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and client interactions using crm or internal tools.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across consulting and recruitment verticals.
Reach out to potential clients, pitch Noblegate's services, and build strong business relationships.
Conduct research on industries, market trends, and competitors to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and client-specific solutions.
Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets with accountability and ownership.
