Job Description

Profile- *Business Development Manager*

*Key Responsibilities:*

Generate leads and acquire new NRI clients for life insurance products.

Promote and sell life insurance plans suitable for NRIs (term insurance, retirement plans, etc.).

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with NRI clients through calls, video meetings, and emails.

Provide personalized solutions based on client needs and financial goals.

Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Documentation & Compliance

Assist clients with KYC and NRI-specific documentation (passport, visa, NRE/NRO account details).

Ensure compliance with IRDAI & FEMA regulations for NRI insurance policies.

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.

4. Product Advisory & Support

Explain policy features, premium payment options, and claim processes to NRI clients.

Conduct virtual meetings/presentations to educate clients about insurance products.

Follow up on premium payments, renewals, and policy servicing.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in CRM systems.

Report sales performance to regional/state managers.

Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and customer support teams.
