Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the role of Business Development Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Moradabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and executing strategic plans to drive growth. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role requires proactive leadership and the ability to adapt to market dynamics in a competitive financial landscape.

Proficiency in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Market Research
Strong skills in Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Collaboration

Experience in Sales and Leadership within the financial industry
