Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

BDE/Market Growth Associates

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research:

  Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.

• Competition Analysis:

  Analyze competitors offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to provide actionable insights.

• Growth Area Identification:

  Assist in discovering new market segments and opportunities to expand Procurement Genie’s customer base.

• Lead Generation:

  Support the business development team in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach efforts.

• Data Management:

  Maintain and organize market research data and reports for easy reference and use in strategic planning.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies and campaigns.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing (preferred).
• Graduates with a passion for market research and business development are also welcome.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms is a plus.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
