Job Description

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities. Scheduling and hosting property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Keeping up-to-date on market trends, property values, real estate laws, and financing options.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and building long-term relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing regular reports for management.
  • Representing clients in negotiations, ensuring they get the best possible terms and prices for their transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Min 3Yrs to 8Yrs experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to conduct property market analysis.
