Job Description

Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities. Scheduling and hosting property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers
Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
Keeping up-to-date on market trends, property values, real estate laws, and financing options.
Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and building long-term relationships.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing regular reports for management.
Representing clients in negotiations, ensuring they get the best possible terms and prices for their transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Min 3Yrs to 8Yrs experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to conduct property market analysis.
