Job Description

As the Sales Lead, youll be responsible for driving business growth across geographies by developing new client relationships, expanding key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will collaborate closely with delivery and marketing teams to build differentiated value propositions for clients.

Your runway here:

You wont be one more BD hire. Youll have direct ownership of your pipeline, autonomy to run outreach and deals end-to-end, and the chance to shape our go-to-market motion with visibility across leadership, delivery, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with the companys growth objectives.
  • Drive new client acquisition and manage end-to-end enterprise deal cycles.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to design tailored proposals and pitches.
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and client relationship governance.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT services/software sales.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in areas such as digital, cloud, ERP, or data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working in mid-sized IT firms or startups, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of solution-selling, consultative sales, and global delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes and teams from the ground up.
