Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Daily tasks will include market research, developing strategic plans, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities
Agency recruitment and distribution.
Market Research and Strategic Planning experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office
