Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Tourism-Focused Sales & Business Development:Build and manage strong partnerships with domestic and international travel agencies, tour operators, and guides to bring tourists to the showroom or production unit. Identify and secure group visits, private tours, or VIP tourist sales opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality partners (hotels, resorts, travel desks, concierge services). Create and implement special tourist-friendly packages or experiences (e.g., live weaving demos, cultural workshops, special discounts). Tourist Coordination & Customer Experience:Welcome and manage tourists visiting the showroom or factory; provide personalized tours and product presentations. Educate visitors on the uniqueness, quality, and heritage of handmade carpets and textiles. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics (transportation, refreshments, language support, etc.). Follow up with tourists for post-visit inquiries and potential sales. Marketing & Strategy:Develop and execute B2B and B2C strategies to attract tourist-driven sales. Monitor and analyze market trends in tourism and cultural commerce. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional materials, brochures, and digital content aimed at tourists and agencies. Attend tourism fairs, B2B events, and travel trade shows to promote products and forge new connections.
