Manager of Business Development

This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective customers via multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, social media, and industry research. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in U.S.-based industries and understands the nuances of selling to U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to prospective customers via email, LinkedIn, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Research and identify potential leads through industry analysis, competitor tracking, and market intelligence.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to nurture relationships and generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop personalized messaging strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Qualify leads and set up high-quality meetings for senior sales and business development teams.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Track outreach performance, analyze response data, and continuously optimize prospecting strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with campaigns and content strategies.

    7 years of experience

    in inside sales, business development, or lead generation targeting U.S.-based clients.
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and successfully engaging prospects through multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and email automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and customer acquisition processes.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven in tracking outreach effectiveness.
