  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships

    with various Private /Government stakeholders is crucial.
  • Building

    trust and understanding the needs of Private /Government

    officials is essential for successful contract acquisition.
  • The BDM

    should be patient and persistent

    with Private/Government procurement processes which can be lengthy and may involve multiple stages.
  • The BDM should have a

    solid understanding of the Private/Government procurement process

    RFP (Request for Proposal)

    he BDM should be adaptable

    . Able to propose cutting-edge technologies and approaches for the proposal to address specific Government/Private requirements and how the solution aligns with their bids and project goals, as they are looking for Innovative solutions.
  • Crafting, compiling, and composing proposals is a key skill for winning Private/Government projects.

    Accurate and detailed record-keeping is vital for contracts. Proper documentation is often required for audits and compliance checks.
  • The BDM should secure Government /Private contracts as it is a complex and competitive process
