Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive SAP-related revenue growth in Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries to understand their Business needs and position VTS solutions effectively.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities for SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP, leveraging a deep understanding of industry trends and customer pain points.
  • Drive solution selling initiatives by articulating the value proposition of VTS SAP services, including AMS, implementation, and cloud migration, to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client requirements and deliver maximum Business value.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in SAP, RPA, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and infrastructure to identify new Business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelors degree in Business administration, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of 8-10 years in SAP sales and Business development, preferably with experience in Mumbai, Pune and Gujrat markets.
  • Strong network of contacts in the IT industry, particularly with CIOs and decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP, along with a demonstrated ability to articulate their benefits to clients.
  • Experience in solution selling and service selling, including SAP AMS, Implementation, Upgrade and Migration services.
  • Familiarity with other sales capabilities, such as RPA, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and infrastructure, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close deals effectively.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and Business growth.
