Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Generate new business opportunities in

    automation, robotics, and industrial solutions

  • Lead client meetings, solution presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution demos, proposals, and project closures.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / EEE / E&I / Mechatronics) or MBA in Marketing.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in

    automation / robotics / industrial sales

  • Strong knowledge of

    PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, Motion Control, Robotics

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    solution-based sales

    and project closures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
