Position Overview

Prefab Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for prefabricated/PEB structures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with project, design, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
