🔹 Position: BDM (Retail)
🔹 Location: Dehradun
🔹 Experience: 1–4 years (Sales/Operations/Business Development – Logistics)
🔹 Education: Any Graduate/ MBA/PGDM in Marketing / International Business from reputed B-Schools
🔹 Salary: ₹3.75 – 5.5 LPA (based on experience & fit)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive revenue growth (outbound & inbound)
✔ Expand customer base & ensure retention
✔ Ensure business quality – collections, yield & service excellence
✔ Lead hiring & productivity of retail booking associates
✔ Execute promotional activities & collaborate across teams
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication in English & Hindi (local language is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office & presentation skills
Result-driven, adaptable & confident professional
Own conveyance & willingness to travel extensively (relocation-ready)
