Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, strengthen partnerships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors, and drive sales for high-value marble products. You will play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives through strategic planning, market outreach, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers including architects, interior designers, real estate developers, hotel groups, contractors, and HNI clients. Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the market for Italian and Imported marble across key cities in India. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, presentations, pricing, negotiation, to closing deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Work closely with the marketing team for exhibitions, campaigns, and digital outreach plans. Conduct market research to understand competition, pricing, and emerging trends in the marble and luxury interiors sector. Generate and present monthly reports on sales performance and targets. Visit client sites when required and assist in product selection and technical guidance. Coordinate with factory and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree (MBA Preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in marble, tiles, building materials, or construction industry. Strong network of industry contacts (architects, builders, interior designers) is a big plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
