Key Responsibilities:

Forex Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech and Forex segments, including B2B partnerships and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Promote and expand PayFXs portfolio of international remittance and foreign exchange solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized financial products aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while building sustainable client relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to provide actionable insights and recommend growth strategies.
  • Represent PayFX at fintech events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Business Development Remittance & FX Services

  • Expand business opportunities in remittance and foreign exchange by acquiring and managing clients.
  • Identify, approach, and convert high-value leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Develop corporate presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Stay updated with FX markets, cross-border payment trends, and regulatory guidelines to provide consultative solutions.
  • Work closely with fintech partners and NBFCs to scale service offerings and revenue streams.

Education Loan Acquisition & Channel Management

  • Drive student acquisition for international education loans through direct sales, partnerships, and strategic networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with study abroad consultants, coaching centers, and universities.
  • Onboard, manage, and nurture channel partners to generate leads and boost loan disbursements.
  • Provide counseling to students and parents on education loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, and operations) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Execute targeted campaigns to generate inquiries, increase engagement, and improve loan conversion rates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred).
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Partnership Management in Fintech, Forex, NBFCs, or Education Loan sectors.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border finance, FX markets, digital lending, and student loan processes.
  • Proven track record in business acquisition, channel partner management, and sales conversion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and partnership development.
  • Analytical, strategic, and self-motivated professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Locations

Gujarat, Punjab ( Chandigarh and Jalandhar) , Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
