Job Description

Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, expanding our market share.


Identify potential clients within the furniture, furnishings, cinema, or related industries (lifts, elevators, paints, wood products, interiors, laminates, bath fittings/sanitary).


Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, and cinema professionals.


Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide expert guidance to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.


Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create effective sales and promotional campaigns.


Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.


Prepare compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure profitable contracts.


Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture & furnishing & cinema industry, or related fields (lifts, elevators, paints, wood products, interiors, laminates, bath fittings/sanitary).


- Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.


- Experience working closely with architects, interior designers, and cinema key decision-makers.


- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the relevant industry sector.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.


- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding goals.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.


- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.


- Prior experience in field sales & institutional sales is a plus.


- Complete understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.


- Proficiency in the local language and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.


  • - Knowledge of CRM software is a desirable advantage
