As a Business Development Manager - Projects at Spintly, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding the customer base in the Access Control industry. Your primary focus will be on project-based sales, requiring you to identify opportunities, manage projects, and maintain strong client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Development:** - Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Access Control industry. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base. - Establish and nurture relationships with System Integrators (SIs), Architects, Builders, and Consultants to advocate Spintly's solutions. - **Project Management:** - Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and meet client expectations. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements and offering effective solutions. - Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase Spintly's products and services. - **Market Research:** - Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. - Utilize market insights to identify new business prospects and strengthen Spintly's market position. - **Travel:** - Willingness to travel within the Delhi region and occasionally beyond for client meetings and project-related engagements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Access Control industry. - Demonstrated success in managing and closing projects. - Strong network with System Integrators (SIs), Architects, Builders, and Consultants. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. - Ready to travel for client meetings and project-related activities.
