Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Managers to join our growing team in Yelahanka. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers looking to kickstart their careers and experienced professionals aiming to excel in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for real estate projects through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Promote and market residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales.
• Follow up on leads and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Update and manage client information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.

Requirements:

• Freshers: Graduate in any stream with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Experienced Candidates: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Local candidates from Yelahanka or nearby areas are preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
