Role & responsibilities Market Research & Customer Management Location: Pune Reports to: Business Development Head Objective: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conduct market research, and support business growth through data-driven insights. Strengthen customer relationships, manage commercial discussions, and ensure seamless customer engagement for long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential OEMs and new business opportunities . Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence . Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new revenue streams. Build and manage a customer and lead pipeline using CRM tools. Develop and maintain a market intelligence database to support strategic decision-making. Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and reports for senior management. Act as the primary point of contact for OEMs and suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations. Collaborate with the Prototype & POC Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of technical discussions. Track customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term engagement to drive repeat business. Ensure alignment of customer expectations with internal teams for successful project execution. Required Skills & Experience: 5-8 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or sales analytics in the automotive or manufacturing sector . Strong knowledge of automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and supply chain dynamics . Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools . Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally . Preferred candidate profile
