Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth efforts for the Japan region within the Building Information Modelling (BIM) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales and client relationships across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors. A strong understanding of digital construction trends, and the regional market landscape in Japan is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate revenue from NEW Accounts and consistently meet or surpass quarterly and yearly sales goals through effective client engagement and solution-based selling.
Achieve and exceed NEW sales targets set for the Japan market.
Conduct both cold and warm calls to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company s footprint for Japan Region.
Identify potential clients across public and private sectors, including infrastructure, Design, Engineering, Railways, manufacturing, and government projects.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine positioning and understand the unique needs of the Japanese market.
Present BIM capabilities, case studies, and tailored solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Maintain regular sales pipeline reports and forecasts for management review.
Promote the company s BIM services and digital transformation expertise across the Japanese AEC industry.
Maintain and regularly update the database to ensure accurate and organized client and lead information.
Must generate new business exceeding 12 times annual salary.
Incentives will be provided upon achievement of targets.

Requirements:

Japanese Language Proficiency:

JLPT N2.

Proven experience in Business Development or sales.
Experienced to live in Japan for study or Job (min 5 year).
Strong understanding of Japanese business culture.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil 3D Site Utility Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years above of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on both dry and wet utility modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D for BIM. This role involves modeling utility systems for all infrastructure and commercial projects, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Duties: Knowledge of Civil drawings (e.g. Site layout, Grading, Drainage, Utility Plan & Profiles, Earthwork, etc.).
  • Ability to understand the client s requirements.
  • Quality assurance for all the deliverables (3D Models & Shop Drawings).
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks for clash resolving purposes.
  • Strong understanding of utility systems (water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric, telecom) and their integration within infrastructure projects while surface modeling, earthwork calculation, and drainage calculation is an added advantage.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modeler / Coordinator for multiple positions with hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating high-quality electrical BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting multi-disciplinary coordination across various sectors such as healthcare, commercial, residential, and data centers. International project exposure and proficiency in clash coordination tools are essential for this role.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and manage electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP. Perform clash detection and coordination using tools such as Navisworks, BIMTRACK, BIM 360 Issues, or Revizto.
Collaborate in Common Data Environments (CDE) like BIM 360, Bluebeam, Dropbox, and ProjectWise. Work across multiple building sectors, including residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, and data centers.
Understand and apply Revit interface functions including views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, and filters. Model and coordinate Electrical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services.
Perform electrical circuiting, wiring, and panel/DB schedule preparation. Prepare shaft coordination drawings, RCP layouts, and electrical room section details (e.g., MV rooms).
Develop containment detail drawings with coordination from mechanical and plumbing services. Create builder s work drawings for electrical (slab openings, core wall openings, block works). Conduct clash coordination with architectural, structural, and MEPF services. Understand project phases and deliverables for different stages.
Produce accurate electrical drawings, documentation, and shop/fabrication/spool drawings. Review and conduct QA/QC of 3D models and 2D drawings.
Create parametric Revit families as needed. Conduct BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs for electrical systems.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks is mandatory.
Experience with clash coordination platforms (e.g., BIMTRACK, BIM 360, Revizto).
Hands-on experience with common data environments and collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and building services coordination.
