Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management:

  Establish and maintain productive partnerships with study-abroad consultants and education agents.

• Event Leadership:

  Conduct seminars, presentations, and spot evaluation sessions to engage prospective students and partners.

• Strategy Development:

  Implement digital and market-entry strategies to maximize student enrollment for partner institutions.

• Market Analysis:

  Provide data-driven insights on market trends to increase the competitive advantage of our partner portfolio.

• CRM & Communication:

  Use CRM tools and social media to mentor agents and ensure high-quality application volumes.

• Lead Generation:

  Actively identify and onboard new prospective agents within the designated territory.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Proven track record in Business Development, preferably within the International Education or EdTech sector.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing CRM platforms.

• Mobility:

  Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the Punjab region for field-based activities.

• Communication:

  Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively to large groups.
