About the Role:

Business Development Manager

You will be the key point of contact for identifying potential content partners—such as regional broadcasters, and digital creators—and establishing strong relationships to onboard them onto our YouTube network or collaborate on monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential content partners across PVD, TV, and digital creator segments.
• Pitch YouTube monetization solutions and onboarding services tailored to each partner’s content strategy.
• Understand content performance, audience potential, and platform alignment to evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of potential leads and ensure consistent follow-ups and partner engagement.
• Work closely with internal onboarding, legal, and content teams for smooth partner integration and compliance.
• Represent the company in relevant events, channel partner meetings, and creator meetups within the region.
• Comfortable navigating both creative discussions and business negotiations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of the digital content landscape—especially in Movies, TV, and creator ecosystems.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles within content/media/entertainment industries.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple content pipelines and partner conversations simultaneously.
• Self-starter mindset with a goal-oriented, people-first approach.
• Understanding of YouTube’s platform dynamics, rights management, and monetization ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong local market understanding, particularly of Telugu and South Indian entertainment content.
