Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South East Delhi for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business growth initiatives. The individual will actively participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the value of One Health Assist's services.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver measurable results
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is desirable
