Job Description

Role & responsibilities

-Motor Sales Growth

- Define targets for dealerships on month on month basis to give increase sales numbers

- Monitor dealership business performance to ensure activation

- Providing renewal data on channel on timely basis to maintain renewal retention at desired levels

- Focus on renewal and rollover business to achieve conversion

- Discuss loss performance with dealer to avoid the non-profitable business

-Partner Management

Interact with dealerships to nurture relationship for long term business commitment

- Take regular feedback from dealerships to identify any issues faced and propose solutions

- Engage with dealership on regular basis to maintain relationships (visit workshops / showrooms) to ensure retention

-Dealership Serving

-Identify problems faced by dealerships (like clearing to 64 VB, claim TAT, portal lock) to rectify any service issues

-Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make informed decisions

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation Must

1 - 4 Years of working experience in motor insurance sale.
