Business Development Manager / NON -IT Staffing

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in the Non-IT Staffing division. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing workforce solutions in industries such as light industrial, clerical, administrative, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare support services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
• Experience specifically in non-IT staffing sectors such as light industrial, clerical, or administrative is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
