About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager with a strong K12 school network and experience to drive partnerships and outreach for SKIDS Pediatric Center. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with schools, creating awareness about our pediatric healthcare services, and driving collaborations that benefit children, parents, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and expand partnerships with K12 schools (principals, trustees, school management).
Represent SKIDS Pediatric Center in schools to promote child health programs, camps, and wellness initiatives.
Drive institutional tie-ups for health check-ups, awareness sessions, and pediatric care services.
Develop and execute school outreach strategies to maximize student and parent engagement.
Organize and manage school events, workshops, and health drives in collaboration with academic coordinators.
Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the education ecosystem.

Requirements

Proven experience in K12 school sales, partnerships, or institutional business development.
Strong network of school contacts (principals, trustees, management).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage events, campaigns, and relationship-building activities.
Background in healthcare/education/child-related services will be an added advantage.
