We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in the Finance/FinTech sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in foreign exchange and proven experience in B2B sales. This role requires proactive client engagement, lead generation, and closing profitable deals while ensuring seamless service delivery.
Client relationship management: Handle client calls and meetings to build strong, long term partnerships.
Travel for business needs: Visit client locations as required to strengthen engagement.
Lead generation: Identify prospects through meetings, networking, and referrals.
Negotiation and deal closure: Secure profitable agreements with clients and prospects.
Sales target achievement: Actively pursue and meet assigned sales goals.
End-to-end sales cycle management: Drive the process from prospecting to closing deals.
Business expansion: Identify new opportunities and grow the client base.
Sales activity tracking: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
Market feedback: Share insights with management to refine strategies.
• Foreign Exchange expertise with strong market knowledge (preferable) • Proven B2B sales experience in Finance/FinTech.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence and close deals.
• Confident, proactive, and self-driven personality with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
