Job Description

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Outbound Sales Team across the region, ensuring smooth and effective sales operations in coordination with the RO & CO.
Guide, train, monitor, and coach the outbound sales team on a regular basis to improve performance and business outcomes.
Own and achieve the regional outbound sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing team for business promotion and lead-generation activities.
Ensure pre-inauguration sales activities are conducted for new branches to maximize business on inauguration day.
Provide proactive feedback on market response and promotional effectiveness to senior management.
Ensure high visibility and impact of promotional activities, while analyzing customer response and reporting insights to higher authorities.
Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Drive new customer acquisition through Point-of-Sale tie-ups and partnerships with organizations within assigned catchment areas.
