Job Description

This person will be responsible for driving revenue growth in international markets expanding market presence in CIS & Middle East countries. This individual will work closely with the executive leadership team to define sales strategies, establish market entry plans, and lead the execution of sales initiatives in international regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, preferably in the biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences sectors. They will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to develop and manage key business relationships.


The role will be based out of Gurgaon with extensive travelling to these regions.


1. Sales Strategy Development:

•Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy with growth objectives.

•Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and drive

•market entry strategies.

2. Revenue Generation & Market Expansion:

•Lead international sales initiatives to achieve or exceed revenue targets across assigned regions.

•Identify and prioritize high-growth markets and develop tailored strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration.


3. Customer Relationship Management:

•Cultivate strong relationships with key international clients, partners, CXO, Owners etc.

•Lead negotiations with top-tier international clients and oversee key account

•management for long-term partnerships for business development and growth

•Manage KOLs of the region


4.Market Insights & Reporting:

•Stay abreast of global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

•Provide regular reports and insights on market conditions, sales performance, and customer feedback to executive leadership.


5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

•Plan / Support local conferences, workshops, roadshows, CME in coordination with marketing team

•Follow-up with debtors & credit control to ensure timely collection.

•Ensure proper coordination with technical team


Experience:

Education:

•Proven success in building and scaling international sales teams in the biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industries.

•Strong at negotiation and new vendor development.

•Industry preferred – Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices/Diagnostics/ Hospitals etc

•Open to travel across the globe (extensive)
