BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Business Development Manager -Medgenome Labs – Cochin We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our Genetics business in segements like Oncology, Genecology, Rare reproductive business, Pathology and Infectious diesease. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Meet and engage with current MedGenome clients (Doctors, Hospitals and Labs/ Collection Centers/Research institutes) in the applicable territory to retain and increase business from them. 2. Focused doctors incudes Oncologists, Gynecologists, IVF Centres, Cardiologists, Neurologists, Gastro Enterologists,Hematologists and Endocrinologists 3. Meet and engage with other potential clients to add them into MedGenome network. Set up commercial arrangement with them in most profitable manner to MedGenome. 4. Follow defined sales processes and conduct business accordingly 5. Implement marketing activities identified for the territory to help in brand building and generating additional revenue 6. Engage in KOL Management activities with key prescribers including organizing CME/ Conference 7. Coordinate with marketing and technical department in execution of KOL activities as required 8. Timely management of financial areas including Invoicing, Payment Collection, Referral Service Charge Payment and Outstanding Collection of all applicable clients as per MedGenome guidelines 9. Regular follow up with clients to ensure outstanding is cleared on time 10. Coordinate with logistics team, to ensure samples are picked and reports delivered in time as per the agreed procedure. 11. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager 12. Use of online company system applications for pre request form filling and process.
